Her hip mobility program saves lives! I used to have nagging pains and stiffness in my lower back when I used to run long distances to the point that I could feel the imbalances in my hip and lower back with each step.

I use the app TrueCoach to set up and track all of my athletes and clients programs.
This allows me to keep in direct contact with you throughout your training process from answering questions you might have in terms of an exercise or a workout to letting me know if an exercise doesn’t feel right.
The reason why its a 3 month minimum commitment is because results do not happen over night and it is going to take consistent work on your part to get to the results that you want.
