To achieve stability, our body doesn’t only need strength, it also needs mobility. Depending on the jobs that we do or how we live our lives, we are going to develop various compensation patterns that end up limiting our range of motion. Mobility exercises and drills are a great way to reset the body back to its normal range of motion. Not only does this limit pain, it also prevents various musculoskeletal injuries from happening as the body doesn’t overload the muscles and tendons. Because mobility shouldn’t always be a challenge, I’ve created various mobility programs that focus on the areas that yours might be limited in.
